Sophrology comes from the Greek

Sophrology is a therapeutic approach that enables you
to develop a more balanced and harmonious self,
thereby improving your physical and mental well-being.

whilst increasing self-awareness and maintaining
a healthy perspective in what you believe and think.
Sophrology teaches you to relax so you can connect with your inner self and focus on a positive outcome.

In practice, Sophrology engages the body and the mind through techniques that include breathing exercises, muscular relaxation and positive visualisation.

Sophrology aims to respect and encourage your self-reliance. The tailor-made programmes are quite short
(8 to 12 weeks) and each practice session provides you
with specific and simple exercises you can easily reuse in your day-to-day life, even after the programme has ended.
