Sophrology sessions are structured around a
specific and personal objective

During the first session, we will talk about you,
your concerns, clarify your needs and define
the objective of the programme.

This session also includes the introduction to the Sophrology exercises.

A personalised protocol is designed as a navigation
map, and specific objectives are set in advance
for each session and exercise

The number of sessions depends upon the personal objective defined.

3 distinct moments in each session:

Exercises use breathing techniques, muscle relaxation and positive visualisation.

Sessions last about an hour and are weekly.

It is recommended to practice the exercises between sessions, as Sophrology provides tools for personal empowerment.
